What to Expect From An Energy Healing Session

Energy healing is considered by many to be a balancing infusion of intelligent life force that corrects and aligns the physical, emotional and spriritual matrices of the client. The highest level of any healer in any healing modality is the healer who practices long distance healing.

"First we will work on your intention. We work in a clear, tranquil room. You lie fully clothed on a table (less shoes), relax your mind, drift to sleep, receive. I begin working at the feet, move to the ankle/knee, hip/stomach, solar plexus, heart, throat region and head. There is no set pattern and I may be guided to do differently."

You may feel the effects of the session immediately or it can take two weeks. One session may be enough. For long standing illness, an initial series would be recommended but you set your own pace. Healing sessions accumulate.
